Responsibilities
Process Architecture: Conduct deep-dive reviews of existing workflows and create comprehensive documentation for "As-Is" and "To-Be" states.
Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize SQL to extract operational data and Power BI to visualize performance trends and inefficiencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to capture requirements and identify pain points.
Strategic Improvement: Develop and support actionable recommendations for operational improvements that reduce waste and increase output.
Performance Tracking: Monitor progress against defined project objectives and report on the effectiveness of implemented deliverables.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in process analysis, operational improvement, or business consulting.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL (data extraction/manipulation) and Power BI (dashboarding and reporting).
Core Competencies: Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred):
Tools: Proficiency in Process Mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio).
Project Management: Experience in project coordination or exposure to Change Management frameworks.
