Responsibilities
You will be supported and evaluated through regular weekly 1:1s and formal performance evaluations tied to a comprehensive delivery framework. Your core responsibilities will include:
Strategic Partnership & Transformation
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive Global Marketing’s transformation and strategic priorities.
Lead special projects focused on competitive benchmarking, process efficiency, and measuring marketing value to understand business impact.
Identify potential roadblocks, escalate issues as required, and proactively recommend actionable solutions.
Champion the strategic goals of the segment, influencing direction through thoughtful current-state analysis.
Program Delivery & Financial Oversight
Drive annual planning and develop robust business cases for key programs.
Manage program and portfolio financials, providing accurate forecasting, cost-center budgeting, and variance analysis.
Ensure strict financial compliance with accounting standards, including accruals, capitalization policies, and IFRS 17 for revenue recognition.
Oversee risk management across the marketing organization, proactively identifying and mitigating risk factors.
Reporting & Analysis
Develop and deliver regular progress, financial, and KPI reports to the Leadership Team.
Build best-in-class reporting and analytics dashboards utilizing Power BI to support portfolio execution.
Craft executive presentation materials and efficiently handle ad-hoc requests, including data analysis, drawing conclusions, and facilitating associated actions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong blend of PMO governance and financial acumen.
Required Experience & Core Skills:
8 years of overall professional experience in relevant roles.
Strong background in PMO governance, business management activities, and risk factors.
Deep expertise in program delivery frameworks and methodologies.
Proven ability in business casing and cost center budgeting.
Exceptional multiple-stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Rigorous financial oversight capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
Education: An MBA is highly preferred.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a strong asset.
Hands-on experience with Power BI development.
Familiarity with IFRS 17 and capitalization policies.
A track record of successfully executing both operational and strategic projects.
Advanced skills in formalized risk assessment.
