Role: Millwright 422A
Location: Cambridge
Shift: 3-shift rotation
Pay: $39.45

Responsibilities
- You take a proactive approach to your work to minimize downtime
- Address things as you see them
- Work with ABB and Fanuc Robotics (pick and place)
- Maintaining heavy hydraulics and some pneumatic systems
- Maintaining welding equipment, performing repair welding, brazing
- Determining root cause and fixing the issue, not putting band-aids on
- Rigging heavy equipment
- Working with apprentices
- Balancing your work between preventative maintenance and breakdown calls
- Bringing your ideas to the floor and collaborating with other Millwrights and Electricians on the best process
- Promoting lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- Must have 433A Millwright license
- You can work a 3-shift rotation
- You have hydraulic experience, ideally from an automotive environment
- Collaborative and proactive approach to your position
- Experience with Fanuc and ABB Robotics is ideal
- Opportunity to lead special projects
- Must have a proactive mindset, a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
