Compensation: $49.91/hour (+ $0.60/hour night shift premium)

Heavy Equipment Maintenance: Execute aggressive preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance across massive industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drives.
Rapid Diagnostics: Jump on unexpected mechanical failures, troubleshooting and repairing heavy machinery swiftly to drastically cut down costly production downtime.
Precision Installations: Tear down, relocate, and rebuild heavy equipment utilizing intricate blueprints, laser alignment gear, and advanced precision measuring tools.
Cross-Trade Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with machine operators and other tradesmen while rigorously documenting all maintenance work and parts usage.
Safety Leadership: Strictly execute comprehensive Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and rigorous hazard assessments before touching any energized machinery.
Qualifications
Active Ticket: You absolutely must hold a valid Alberta Journeyperson Millwright Certificate or an Interprovincial Red Seal designation.
Heavy Industrial Pedigree: We need a proven track record of maintaining and overhauling equipment specifically within heavy manufacturing or large-scale industrial plants.
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of complex power transmission, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. (If you have basic welding and fabrication skills, that is a major bonus).
Shift Flexibility: You must be physically capable of handling heavy industrial demands and fully willing to rotate into night shifts as required by the production schedule.
Problem-Solving Chops: Elite analytical skills to diagnose root-cause failures, paired with the clear communication skills needed to explain fixes to the broader production team.
