Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Permanent
Compensation: Competitive industry rate (based on your ticket and experience) + Overtime

Responsibilities
Heavy Machinery Overhauls: Tear down, rebuild, and expertly maintain massive industrial rotating equipment, heavy-duty gearboxes, and complex mechanical drive systems.
Fluid Power Diagnostics: Dive deep into heavy industrial hydraulics and pneumatics to rapidly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair high-pressure fluid components.
Micrometer-Level Precision: Utilize advanced laser alignment gear and precision measuring tools to ensure every machine is dialed in perfectly to engineered tolerances.
Technical Interpretation: Decode and execute complex rebuilds directly from intricate OEM manuals, engineering schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
Uncompromising Quality Assurance: Run rigorous functional tests and safety inspections on rebuilt equipment to ensure flawless performance before it leaves the bay.
Cross-Trade Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our in-house machinists and welders to conquer complex rebuilds and minimize shop downtime.
Qualifications
Active Ticket: You must hold a valid Alberta Journeyperson Millwright Certificate or an Interprovincial Red Seal.
Heavy Industrial Pedigree: A proven resume showcasing extensive hands-on experience with oilfield equipment, large-scale manufacturing, or heavy rotating machinery.
Hydraulic Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of advanced hydraulic circuits, fluid mechanics, and pneumatic drive systems.
Analytical Troubleshooting: Elite mechanical aptitude with the ability to rapidly diagnose complex mechanical failures and engineer permanent solutions.
Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills to accurately document repairs and collaborate safely on the shop floor.
Immediate Readiness: We are looking for highly motivated professionals who are ready to hit the floor immediately or with very minimal notice.
