Modern Endpoint Management: Design, configure, and maintain device compliance and deployment using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Cloud & IAM Architecture: Optimize the M365 suite, secure Entra ID/Active Directory, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Automation & Governance: Build PowerShell/Power Automate workflows and oversee our external MSP vendor for Azure/SQL workloads.
Tier 3 Support: Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point while participating in a light on-call rotation.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years supporting enterprise M365, Intune, and hybrid cloud environments (2,000+ endpoints).
Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Entra ID, Autopilot, Windows Server, Azure Virtual Desktop, and PowerShell.
Vendor & Soft Skills: Ability to govern external MSPs and translate complex IT concepts for clinical staff.
Compliance: A mandatory clear Background and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Assets: Healthcare IT experience, EHR platform knowledge, and M365 Enterprise Expert, ITIL, or CCNA certifications.
