Our Fed Gov client is seeking an MS Dynamics CRM Specialist for an agile 3-to-6-month fully remote contract to streamline business application workflows for international trade. Partnering directly with Business Development and Marketing stakeholders, you will reconfigure MS Dynamics CRM to cut pipeline stage durations by 10%, establish KPI data-capture and reporting frameworks, and own the project lifecycle from requirements gathering through UAT and production deployment.

Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Configure MS Dynamics CRM for Business Development and Marketing teams to streamline pipeline stages and reduce cycle times by 10%.
- Requirements & Design: Engage cross-functional stakeholders to capture business needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and draft BRDs, user stories, and functional specs.
- System Build & Deployment: Implement CRM enhancements, configure data-capture capabilities for KPI reporting, and manage deployment into production.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test plans, scripts, and defect logs, while leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workflows.
- Enablement & Support: Prepare training documentation, release readiness communications, and post-implementation support resources.
Qualifications
- Valid Secret Level Security Clearance (federal)
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM build, configuration, and administration.
- Strong business analysis capability to translate complex operational needs into system enhancements.
- Proven experience setting up KPI reporting structures and optimizing sales or marketing workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of obligations under Canada's Official Languages Act.
