As a senior DevOps specialist, you will bridge the gap between software delivery, security controls, and infrastructure automation. Operating within a flexible hybrid work model, you will work closely with cross-functional DBA, security, and infrastructure teams to enhance existing Terraform modules, build complex Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, execute Ansible workflows, and implement secure secret rotation frameworks. Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins declarative and scripted pipelines, Groovy shared libraries, and JTE.
Develop, refactor, and manage reusable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and state files using Terraform across multi-environment setups.
Develop and extend Ansible roles, collections, Jinja templates, and execution environments within Ansible Automation Platform 2 (AAP2).
Implement secure, automated lifecycle management and rotation of passwords, service accounts, and API keys using HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, and Active Directory integrations.
Integrate CI/CD automation pipelines with enterprise systems via REST APIs, including ServiceNow, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
Support containerization and deployment workflows across Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and Podman environments.
Support database operations and infrastructure automation across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redshift data stores.
Author Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks, logging, error handling, and runbook execution.
Ensure all automation designs comply with enterprise security controls, audit requirements, and strict change-management protocols.
Optionally design and build GenAI and agentic AI tools, model context protocols (MCP), and API tool-calling integrations using AWS Bedrock.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Automation Expertise
DevOps Engineering Tenure: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, and infrastructure automation.
AWS Cloud Platform: Practical experience across core AWS services, including IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.
Ansible AAP2 Mastery: Advanced experience using Ansible Automation Platform 2, including custom execution environments, roles, collections, and dynamic inventory.
Jenkins Pipeline Engineering: Hands-on proficiency building complex Jenkins pipelines, Groovy shared libraries, and credential management integration.
Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code: Deep experience managing, refactoring, and improving reusable Terraform modules and state environments.
