Strategic Influence: Shape and modernize the long-term network strategy for a complex, large-scale enterprise environment.
Professional Growth: Act as a trusted technical advisor, balancing deep technical execution with high-level business priorities.
Collaborative Culture: Thrive within a forward-thinking engineering team that prioritizes standardized, optimized, and low-complexity designs.
Innovation-Driven: Gain exposure to next-generation networking trends, including SDN, intent-based networking, and cloud-connected ecosystems.
Responsibilities
1. Network Design & Architecture
Design and develop scalable, resilient network solutions across LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments.
Produce comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation with explicit, actionable implementation guidance.
Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge network technologies, hardware platforms, and strategic vendors.
Ensure all technical designs strictly align with enterprise architecture standards and corporate security policies.
2. Project Delivery & Technical Leadership
Partner with project managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and operations teams to deliver seamless network solutions.
Lead or contribute heavily to the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to operational handoff.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship on complex initiatives and large-scale network transformation projects.
3. Security, Optimization & Standards
Integrate secure design principles into every architecture layer (e.g., Network Segmentation, Zero Trust, and Access Control).
Support capacity planning, network performance analysis, and identify opportunities to optimize reliability and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot high-level escalated network issues when required.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date network diagrams, technical documentation templates, and design guidelines.
