2. Iterative Testing, Governance & HandoffPlan and execute usability tests and user feedback sessions on interactive prototypes and pre-release software components. Analyze test results to identify usability gaps, iteratively refining layouts to ensure accessibility and offline usability for field service personnel. Prepare comprehensive UX documentation, design specifications, user flows, and UI behavior guidelines for technical delivery. Collaborate closely with developers to resolve UI design questions, adjust wireframes for technical feasibility, and validate that the final build matches design intent. Establish, define, and enforce consistent, reusable UX patterns across S/4HANA, Work Zone, and mobile platforms to prevent interface fragmentation.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & AdoptionPartner daily with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to align design layout solutions with business processes and SAP platform constraints. Interface directly with IT developers, QA teams, and System Integrator (SI) vendors to maintain design integrity during build, test, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Contribute directly to change management and training initiatives by providing key inputs for user onboarding materials and in-app contextual help. Monitor post-go-live user feedback and usage analytics data to identify continuous UX improvement opportunities and drive post-launch enhancements.
Qualifications
Core Experience & EducationEducation: Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field (Master’s degree is considered an asset).
Tenure: 5+ years of professional UX design experience, focused explicitly on enterprise software or highly complex technical systems.
Program Background: Strong preference for candidates who have participated in large-scale digital transformation initiatives, such as enterprise ERP implementations.
