Advantages
- Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm
- Salary 50k-60k,
- Company insurance package, 100% covered by employer (dental, medical, life, vision)
- 3 weeks vacation + 2 personal days + 4 sick days
- 2 days work from home and 2 in office, after training
- Yearly bonus program paid in January
Responsibilities
- Work with worldwide ocean shipments, including all geographies and multiple customers across the world
- Provide professional, prompt and efficient customer service to all clients
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate with customers
- Resolve client customer service issues promptly and professionally
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Good knowledge of ocean imports
- Autonomous, resourceful and able to work as part of a team
