Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment, configuration, and execution of site migrations. This includes analyzing source content, permissions, and data quality while applying transformation rules and retention policies.
- Evaluate existing Nintex workflow logic, dependencies, and integration points. You will lead the redevelopment of these processes in Power Automate or Nintex Automation Cloud to ensure modern automation standards.
- Support the configuration of SharePoint Online components, including metadata models, content types, and document libraries, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards.
- Reconcile migrated content to ensure integrity and accuracy. You will track and resolve migration risks and technical bottlenecks throughout the project.
- Coordinate activities between technical teams and business units to ensure minimal disruption to operations and a smooth transition for end-users.
- Maintain detailed migration logs, status reports, and configuration records. You will also deliver targeted training to promote the adoption of the new cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading SharePoint migration initiatives (specifically from 2013 to Online) and rebuilding Nintex workflows in modern platforms.
- Proven expertise in Power Automate, Nintex Automation Cloud, and enterprise migration tools.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, metadata models, and permissions management.
- Extensive experience analyzing legacy triggers, dependencies, and integration points to optimize processes during modernization.
- Skilled in defining data mapping, transformation rules, and retention requirements within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining issue logs, testing results, and operational runbooks.
- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
