Responsibilities
SharePoint Migration (2013 to SharePoint Online)
Lead the transition from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, including assessment of site structures, content, and metadata.
Configure and execute migrations using enterprise tools, ensuring data quality, permissions, and integrity.
Define and apply data mapping, transformation, and retention rules to align with governance and security standards.
Validate migrated content and reconcile discrepancies to minimize operational disruption.
Administer SharePoint Online components, including document libraries, content types, and metadata models.
Coordinate migration activities with business units and technical teams to support a scalable rollout.
Workflow Migration (Nintex to Power Automate/Automation Cloud)
Assess existing Nintex workflows, analyzing logic, dependencies, and integration points.
Redesign, rebuild, and deploy automated workflows in Power Automate or Nintex Automation Cloud.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate functionality and ensure optimized process performance.
Support workflow testing, UAT, and issue resolution to ensure continuity of business operations.
General Project Support
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including issue logs, status reports, and configuration records.
Provide user support and targeted training to facilitate the adoption of new solutions.
Contribute to project planning and continuous improvement of migration methodologies.
Qualifications
Education: University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience: Proven track record leading migrations from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online within an enterprise environment.
Modernization Expertise: Experience modernizing Nintex workflows by redesigning and rebuilding them in Power Automate or Nintex Automation Cloud.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online (libraries, metadata, content types, permissions) and utilizing enterprise migration tools.
Governance Knowledge: Strong understanding of information architecture, data mapping, retention rules, and security/access controls.
Methodology: Familiarity with data migration methodologies and enterprise modernization practices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
