Part Time: Monday - Friday 4-5 hours per day in Markham Ontario

Responsibilities
Answering phones
Daily mail – incoming and outgoing
Experience in Excel to keep spreadsheet for Laser Service Warranty and Manual PO’s
Filing
Order office supplies
Assist sales administration (Quotation/PO/invoice preparation, sales analysis, communication with customers)
Assist purchasing and maintaining Inventory (excel spread sheet creation, maintenance)
Preparing Courier shipments via Purolator, UPS & FED EX
Shipping/Receiving of any parcels
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable using Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and other software such as MS Teams
Able to manage multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment
