Responsibilities
Maintaining Excellence Standards: Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of all office areas daily. You will handle immediate minor tasks (replacing light bulbs, emptying the dishwasher, tidying up spaces) to maintain a "5-star" environment.
Supply Management: Oversee inventory and order necessary supplies (stationery, coffee, cleaning products).
Subcontractor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security).
Multisite Supervision: Conduct monthly visits to Toronto and New York to ensure consistency in service and quality standards.
Health & Safety: Ensure that safety protocols are rigorously applied across all
Qualifications
Experience: Approximately 5 years in a similar role (Site Manager, Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or hospitality management).
Hands-on Approach: You are proactive and detail-oriented. No task is too small when it comes to ensuring the comfort of our team.
Bilingualism: Flawless French and English (oral and written).
Mobility: Willingness to travel monthly to Toronto and New York.
