Our client, an upscale company in the field of wine and spirits distribution, is looking to hire an office coordinator for their office at Ile des Soeurs (Verdun).

Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring phone calls, managing voicemail
- Greeting visitors
- Preparing room for meetings including all coordination
- Maintaining the bottle display
- Ensuring that all office supplies are stocked and functioning
- Keeping the kitchen and conference rooms clean, presentable and fully stocked at all times; including purchasing beverages, loading and emptying the dishwasher, and cleaning sink and counter
- Preparing, sending and distributing internal and external mail
- Distributing mail, sending checks and process invoices
- Preparing, coordinating and packing parcels and gifts
- Assist with administrative requests from various departments
Qualifications
- Bilingual in both French and English
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work 100% in person
- Good knowledge of Word and Microsoft Office
- Organized and efficient, and meticulous
- Tact and diplomacy
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing approximately 10 kilograms
