Ontario Land Surveyor

Responsibilities
- Manage projects including; Reference Plans, Subdivision Plans, Plans of Condominium, Surveyor’s Real Property Reports etc.
- Conduct surveys to establish, locate, define or describe lines, boundaries or corners of parcels of land
-Update boundary lines and prepare sites for construction
- Land Registry Office / Title Searching
- Oversee, prepare and review a variety of survey documents
- Contribute to mapmaking



Qualifications
- Licensed Ontario Land Surveyor in good standing with the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors
- Familiar with a broad field of engineering and surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying and engineering principles and design standards - knowledge of Cadastral an asset
- Well versed with AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Experience working with drafting/graphic software
- Ability to provide written descriptions / technical reports on improvements
