Responsibilities
Responsible for the production, quality control, supply chain & procurement, receiving and shipping, as well as project engineering.
Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse and production area, ensuring that priorities are set and fulfilled
Identify critical processes and ways to monitor them for repeatability and stability
Define and implement continuous improvement
Collaborate with the maintenance team team to ensure machinery efficiency is meeting production needs
Ensure all production is meeting quality standards
Full ownership of inventory, shipping & logistics
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Engineering degree
Mechanical, electrical and technical drawing skills
MS Office
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Proactive thinker and self starter
