Position: Operations Officer
Shift: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm (rotating shifts)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing inbound calls from employees, government agencies, and merchants; addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently; maintaining accurate records; resolving complaints; collaborating with team members; meeting performance targets (call handling time and caller satisfaction); staying informed on product knowledge and procedures; confirming requests; and ensuring strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting SLAs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bilingual (English and French – reading, writing, and speaking); excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both French and English; active listening skills; excellent attention to detail and accuracy; basic computer skills (MS Office Suite); proven customer service experience in a high-volume environment; resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills. Call center experience and experience in banking, real estate, law, or government is considered an asset. Candidates must demonstrate a consistent employment history.
