Position: Operations Officer III
Shift: Rotational schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)
Location: Montreal (4 days in office, hybrid remote option)
Advantages
Work for a large organization with opportunities for stakeholder interaction. Potential for overtime as needed. Possibility of extension and conversion to a permanent position. Three days of initial training (with potential for extension).
Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound customer support in a non-face-to-face environment. Create an exceptional customer experience. Navigate multiple systems to update customer information. Use effective communication skills with colleagues and customers.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree. 1+ year of relevant work experience. Bilingual (French/English) is required. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Banking experience and fluency in Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, or Cantonese are assets.
