As an Operations Officer, you will support the Deposit Compliance Remediation team for Small Business Banking. Your primary focus will be assisting in the update of required or missing customer information and conducting thorough account reviews. While this is a non-client-facing role, your work is critical to ensuring a legendary customer experience by maintaining the integrity and compliance of business accounts.
Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite at our Montreal office (7250 Mile-End St) with Fridays as a scheduled Work From Home day.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed).

Responsibilities
Account Review & Maintenance: Conduct detailed reviews of customer files to identify discrepancies or missing information, determining the next steps based on established procedures.
Documentation & Compliance: Follow end-to-end procedures for Business Account compliance, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects client and business intentions.
Administrative Support: Triage files and manage inbox support to ensure tasks are handled promptly and effectively.
System Navigation: Utilize multiple software platforms and screens simultaneously to locate and update sensitive customer data.
Collaborative Communication: Use strong relationship skills when communicating with internal partners and colleagues to resolve account issues.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Bilingualism: Proficiency in both French and English is required.
Education/Experience: Undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years of relevant work experience (Banking experience preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in the MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate complex software platforms.
Customer Service: A background in client service with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Nice-to-Have:
Fluency in Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, or Spanish.
Previous experience in a contact center or banking operations environment.
