You will play a pivotal role in protecting the integrity of our clients' accounts while ensuring a seamless experience for entrepreneurs across the country. As an Operations Officer, you will support the Deposit Compliance Remediation team for Small Business Banking. Your primary focus will be assisting in the update of required or missing customer information and conducting thorough account reviews. While this is a non-client-facing role, your work is critical to ensuring a legendary customer experience by maintaining the integrity and compliance of business accounts.

As an Operations Officer, your day-to-day will involve:
• Reviewing complex customer files to identify discrepancies, missing information and determining the next steps based on established procedures. ensuring every account meets strict regulatory standards.
• Following end-to-end procedures to maintain the highest level of compliance for Small Business accounts and ensuring all documentation accurately reflects client and business intentions.
• Managing high-priority inboxes and triaging files to ensure our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with precision.
• Navigating multiple banking platforms simultaneously to locate, update and secure sensitive data.
• Partnering with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and streamline the remediation process.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
• Bilingual Excellence: You are fully proficient in both English and French (written and verbal).
•Work Experience: You have 1+ years of experience in customer service in banking or professional operations.
• Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with the MS Office Suite and can learn complex new software quickly.
• The "Compliance Mindset": You possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Quality Focused: You understand that accuracy in the back office translates to a legendary experience for the customer.
Nice to have :
• You speak Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, or Spanish.
• You have previous experience in banking operations or a professional contact center environment.
• You posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
