Responsibilities
Loan & Security Administration: Execute loan programming and charge securities/mortgages with high precision.
Legal Correspondence: Prepare and dispatch formal letters to solicitors to initiate and engage for new security documentation.
Collaboration & SLA Management: Work closely within a pooled-volume system, collaborating daily with team members to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Internal Communication: Participate actively in daily team meetings and maintain seamless communication via Microsoft Teams (Note: This is a 100% back-office role with no external customer phone calls).
Data Integrity: Safely manage and handle sensitive customer data with the utmost confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications
What You Must Have:
Technical Savvy: A strong, functional understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fast Learner: Ability to absorb new operational workflows and complex financial/legal processes quickly.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and drafting legal letters.
Team-First Attitude: High reliability, a positive mindset, and a desire to take ownership of your personal development while helping the team succeed.
Onsite Commitment: Ability to work fully onsite (5 days a week) in our downtown Edmonton office during the initial training phase, transitioning to a 4-day onsite / 1-day remote schedule thereafter.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous banking, credit, or financial services experience is considered a strong asset.
