Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Execute and manage high-volume cash-in and cash-out requests for the Wealth Line of Business (LOB) across multiple internal applications.
SLA Management: Ensure all data entry and transaction requests are processed accurately and efficiently in accordance with strict daily Service Level Agreements.
Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel daily to manage, update, and track complex spreadsheets and financial documentation.
Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal team members to resolve processing discrepancies, participating in daily 15-to-30-minute team alignment meetings.
Qualifications
Education: University degree in any field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience working within the banking or financial services sector.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and strong Excel spreadsheet management skills).
Operational Excellence: Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, SLA-driven processing environment.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
