Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)
Pay rate: $28.47

Responsibilities
Transaction & Queue Management: Receive, review, and process back-office transactions accurately within established SLAs and authority levels.
Quality & SLA Compliance: Perform thorough documentation reviews, validate incoming data, and finalize queue requests while maintaining high quality and confidentiality standards.
Issue Escalation & Resolution: Identify and escalate non-standard operational issues, connecting with internal and external partners to resolve gaps effectively.
Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, offer proactive suggestions to streamline workflows, and support team project initiatives.
Risk & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, and the organizational Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Education: University Degree.
Experience: 0 to 4 years of operational, administrative, or transaction-processing experience.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-partner collaboration.
Core Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time-management capabilities, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
Nice-to-Have:
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or back-office trade processing (e.g., cash products, FX, or Money Market deposits/loans).
Familiarity with specialized trading or global operational platforms (e.g., WSS).
Previous customer service or partner-facing administrative experience.
