Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
•Maintaining team for various tasks. Tasks that will support maintenance of a mortgage discharge.
•Triaging solicitor request for mortgage statement
•Entering data into the mortgage tool
•Maintaining security library
•Collecting interest owed payments
•Applying payments to mortgages, closing those accounts, some manual accounting required
•Transferring money from accounts, balancing the GL accounts.
•Updating the systems.
•Discharging statement group, responsible for paying to accuracy and book discharge loan statements.
•Providing a broad range of operational support
•Performing general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own functional area within Operations & Technology.
•Reporting to a Team Manager within the Team Structure.
•Ensuring customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established partner problem resolution process
•Creating and/or recognize exceptional customer service through established programs
•Ensuring all required processing and enquiries are fulfilled meeting Service Level Goals
•Providing subject matter expertise for internal and external partners within defined area

•Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree
