As an Operations Officer II, you will play a critical role in the onboarding lifecycle for project contractors, acting as a key liaison between hiring managers and operational systems.

Responsibilities
Onboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for project contractors (SOWs), ensuring all system access and documentation are fulfilled.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for senior managers (Level 10-11), providing status updates, following up on pending requests, and delivering next-step instructions.
Operational Execution: Process specialized transactions and general processing activities accurately and on time, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Request Monitoring: Track tickets and requests through SharePoint and Excel, ensuring no bottlenecks occur in the onboarding pipeline.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline service delivery and elevate operational quality.
Compliance: Adhere to bank regulations and enterprise frameworks, including the Bank Code of Conduct and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a professional administrative or operational role, ideally within a corporate office environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel (for tracking and data extraction) and SharePoint.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
Organizational Prowess: Ability to multitask, prioritize a heavy workload, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
SLA Awareness: Prior experience working within a metrics-driven environment where performance is measured by turnaround times and accuracy.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous experience in the banking/financial services industry.
Knowledge of Trade Processing, Cash Products (Loans, Deposits, Swaps), or Global/WSS platforms.
Post-secondary education is highly preferred.
Personality Profile:
Outgoing with strong relationship-management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail (crucial for data integrity).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
