As a Bilingual Operations Officer II, you will act as a critical link between adjudication and funding. You will manage a balanced workload consisting of both back-office processing and active telephone communication with branch partners. Your primary focus will be on the "customer-centric" delivery of real estate secured lending products, ensuring that all documentation is compliant and that funding occurs within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Funding Coordination: Process real estate secured lending files for funding, ensuring all regulatory and internal requirements are met.
Information Procurement: Proactively request missing pieces of information or documentation from branch partners to avoid delays in the funding process.
Partner Communication: Maintain professional relationships with branch partners through clear, active listening and effective communication to resolve issues and manage expectations.
Problem Resolution: Use sound judgment and analytical skills to address operational challenges and customer concerns efficiently.
Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain a high degree of attention to detail to ensure all files are accurate, compliant, and processed within strict SLAs.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Bilingualism: Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (Operations, Customer Service, or Administrative).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem resolution.
Performance Focus: Proven track record of working effectively within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) environment.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience to deliver positive experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Post-secondary education is required.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience in Banking, Accounting, or Bookkeeping.
