As an Operations Officer II, you will work in a fast-paced environment that balances back-office processing with active telephone communication. Your primary responsibility is to manage the funding lifecycle for real estate secured loans. You will review files, identify missing documentation, and communicate with branch partners to resolve issues effectively. This role requires a "customer-centric" mindset, where accuracy and speed are paramount to delivering an exceptional experience for our partners and clients.

Responsibilities
- Process real estate secured lending files for funding accurately and on time, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Procure missing information proactively from branch partners to ensure seamless funding timelines.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through professional and clear communication (verbal and written).
- Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns efficiently using sound problem-solving skills.
- Prioritize individual workloads to consistently meet strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Deliver positive partner experiences with empathy and patience, even during complex situations
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (Operations, Banking, or high-volume Administration).
- Languages: Fully fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
- Education: Post-secondary education is required.
- Knowledge: Prior experience in Banking, Accounting, or Mortgages/Real Estate lending is preferred.
- Software: Comfortable working with standard office suites and learning proprietary banking systems.
