• Check inventory levels, log incoming orders, and compute pricing calculations accurately.
• Handle incoming customer phone calls, resolve product inquiries or complaints professionally, and record order details.
• Maintain and update client/builder spreadsheets utilizing Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Assist and cover for the accounting team with invoicing, day-to-day ledger entries, and vacation coverage.
