Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive Program-level Change Management Strategy.
Readiness Assessment: Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to identify potential risks and resistance points.
Communication Planning: Develop and manage wave-based Change and Communication plans, ensuring messages are delivered with consideration and care.
Leadership Enablement: Create and deploy Leadership Sponsorship Toolkits to help executives lead their teams through the transition.
Training & Support: Design role-based training and enablement plans to ensure staff are capable and confident in new systems/processes.
Performance Tracking: Maintain Adoption and Readiness Dashboards to provide real-time insights into the health of the change initiative.
Continuous Improvement: Perform post-implementation adoption reviews to sustain outcomes and document lessons learned.
Qualifications
Experience: 7–10 years of dedicated Organizational Change Management experience in complex, fast-moving environments.
Integration Expertise: Proven track record of supporting large-scale technology or business integrations (M&A experience is a significant asset).
Education & Certification: * Post-secondary degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), or similar OCM certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Familiarity: Experience with enterprise systems transformations, Identity Management, or Data Protection is a plus.
Industry Background: Previous experience in aviation, transportation, or large-scale operational organizations is strongly preferred.
