Responsibilities
• Collaborate with project teams, including Project Managers and Business Leads, to assess the scope and impact of change initiatives from current state to post-implementation.
• Maintain project documentation in alignment with SaskEnergy project standards, capturing all organizational change management activities.
• Adhere to Prosci/ADKAR methodology and Change and Business Solutions standards, ensuring consistency and quality in OCM delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to identify change impacts, gather insights, and mitigate resistance to change.
• Develop comprehensive change management deliverables, including strategy, plans, communication materials, and training programs.
• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues, and resistance points, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate both independently and as part of a team, leveraging expertise in IT project management and continuous improvement methodologies to drive successful change initiatives.
Qualifications
• Demonstrate a proven track record of over 10 years in leading organizational change management efforts, including the successful execution of large-scale initiatives.
• Possess formal training and certification in Change Management, with a deep understanding of Prosci/ADKAR methodology and its application in complex environments.
• Exhibit strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable change management strategies and plans.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Showcase extensive experience in leading Change Management within IT projects, coupled with knowledge of Agile methodology, project management best practices, and continuous improvement principles.
