This Forklift- Order Picker position features an advantageous night shift schedule in Oshawa: Week 1 operates Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, and Week 2 operates Sunday through Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. This structured rotation provides excellent work-life balance and steady hours in the manufacturing & logistics industry. The offered pay rate for this Forklift- Order Picker role is $24.25 per hour.

Responsibilities
Read production schedules, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to gather and move items accurately.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products using a forklift, clamp truck, reach truck, cherry picker, or other power equipment.
• Sort and place materials in bins, racks, or shelves according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, or product code.
• Perform material handling duties including picking, packing, kitting, and assembling customer orders from stock.
• Check orders for exactness, neatness, and compliance with quality standards and ISO 9001 procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe equipment, conduct safety checks, and report service requests promptly.
• Assist with physical inventories, cycle counts, stock rotation, and general facility cleanup as required
Qualifications
Minimum 3 months of experience or training in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness and physical ability to work at heights while operating picking equipment.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical movements such as standing, bending, and reaching.
• Availability to work the required night schedule: Week 1 (Sun–Wed, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM) & Week 2 (Sun–Tue, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM).
• High commitment to occupational health, safety protocols, and proper equipment operation.
