Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, chats, and tickets; develop product knowledge and effectively convey information to customers; engage in active listening, clarifying information and defusing situations; document customer inquiries and resolutions; maintain established performance levels; understand and resolve compliance issues; support teamwork; identify and respond efficiently to customer needs, providing solutions and alternatives.
Qualifications
Fluency in French and English (written and verbal); previous customer service or call center experience in insurance program support; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication, empathy, and listening skills; ability to multi-task; excellent written communication skills; commitment to superior customer service; ability to work independently; strong judgment and critical thinking skills; minimum 3 years of insurance program support experience; college degree preferred, high school diploma required.
