Responsibilities include promptly and professionally responding to client inquiries via phone, chat, and tickets; developing product knowledge and effectively conveying information to customers; active listening and de-escalation of customer concerns; documenting customer interactions and resolutions; maintaining performance levels; resolving compliance issues; supporting teamwork; identifying and providing efficient solutions to customers.
Qualifications
Qualifications include fluency in French and English (written and verbal); previous customer service or call center experience in insurance program support; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication, empathy, and listening skills; ability to multi-task; excellent written communication skills; commitment to superior customer service; ability to work independently; strong judgment and critical thinking skills; minimum 3 years of experience in insurance program support; college degree preferred, high school diploma required.
