- Preparing and processing compensation, payroll, and benefits
- Assisting the finance teams with various reports
- Prepare formal communications to employees relating to payroll and benefits
- Frequent communication with benefits provider
- Assisting in special projects such as policies and programs
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- PCP certification will be considered an asset
- Ability to work well independently and under minimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative and be a good problem solver
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a payroll and benefits role
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
