Responsibilities
• Process full-cycle Ontario payroll accurately and in compliance with provincial employment standards and regulations
• Maintain and update employee records within ADP Workforce Now, including hires, terminations, rate changes, and deductions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare, reconcile, and audit payroll reports and calculations
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, responding promptly to employee payroll queries with exceptional service
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, reporting, and reconciliation requirements
• Collaborate continuously with internal teams to streamline payroll workflows and learn dynamic operational processes
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience processing Ontario payroll with strong knowledge of provincial compliance and standards
• Proven proficiency using ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel
• An eager attitude, strong willingness to learn, and availability for an immediate start fully onsite in North York
• Experience with unionized payroll an asset
