In this role, you will be an essential part of the supply chain, ensuring that inventory moves smoothly and customer orders are prepared accurately within the pick & pack department. You will be responsible for keeping the workflow efficient while ensuring top-tier quality control for our client's valued customers.

Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders within the department to ensure accurate delivery.
Stock Retrieval: Locate, identify, and retrieve stock items from warehouse shelving according to order sheets.
Shipping Prep: Securely pack items into boxes, apply shipping labels, and prepare packages for outbound transportation.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by clearing debris and stacking pallets correctly.
Inventory Control: Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the shift supervisor immediately.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other general warehouse team members to streamline daily manufacturing & logistics workflows.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a general warehouse worker or a similar role within a pick & pack environment is preferred.
Physical Fitness: Must be able to comfortably and safely lift 35-pound boxes continuously throughout the shift, as well as stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the workday.
Language Skills: Good knowledge of both English and French (oral and written).
Reliability: Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance for all scheduled full-time shifts.
