As a Picker/Packer, you will be an integral part of day-to-day warehouse operations, taking charge of accurate product order fulfillment within a structured unionized work setting. In this role, performance excellence is measured by order accuracy and productivity metrics. Working as a dedicated Picker/Packer, your daily tasks will involve operating manual order picking equipment and reach forklifts, utilizing handheld RF scanner technology, precisely packing boxed goods such as footwear and protective safety apparel, and safely palletizing and wrapping skids for shipment. Success as a Picker/Packer relies on your attention to detail during visual quality checks, basic reading and numerical skills, and physical endurance for repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a clean and organized work station to uphold safety standards is also essential to your success within our manufacturing & logistics network.
Candidates applying for this Picker/Packer role must be aware that overtime (OT) is an essential operational requirement of the position. Candidate willingness to work overtime when requested by supervisors is a critical prerequisite for consideration for permanent employment opportunities. Additionally, initial openings for this Picker/Packer job include an immediate afternoon shift position to maintain full operational coverage until a permanent replacement is hired, alongside regular day shifts. Requirements and workplace communication for this Picker/Packer position are conducted in English to ensure clear cross-team alignment, strict adherence to safety standards, and optimal distribution efficiency across the entire facility.

- Housekeeping duties
- Other duties as assigned

-A minimum of 1 year warehouse experience
- comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
