Responsibilities
Low-Code/No-Code Innovation: Architect, build, and deploy robust automated workflows and tailored business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Data Integration: Seamlessly connect Power Platform solutions with diverse enterprise data sources and cloud environments (BI tools, Snowflake, GCP).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners and Data Analysts to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions.
Governance & Standards: Ensure all developed solutions strictly adhere to corporate data governance, security, and quality benchmarks.
Agile Participation: Actively engage in daily Scrum or Kanban practices within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team ecosystem.
Qualifications
Core Technical Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (specifically Power Apps and Power Automate).
Analytics Experience: Strong track record of developing decision-support systems or analytical models.
Modern Data Ecosystems (Assets): Familiarity with Power BI visualization, or exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
Methodologies & Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with top-tier communication skills to connect Business and IT stakeholders. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks.
Industry Knowledge (Asset): Prior experience within the insurance, group benefits, or financial services industry is highly desirable.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
