Responsibilities
• Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and screen printing on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Perform meticulous soldering of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and TH (Through-Hole) components
• Use precision tools and sophisticated measuring devices required for assembly activities
• Prepare and assemble wire harnesses, cables, and wires according to technical specifications
• Repair defective electronic parts with high precision
• Assemble complex units as part of insourcing processes
• Perform minor touch-ups in accordance with current IPC soldering standards
• Conduct various high-complexity tests to ensure unit functionality
• Detect any non-conformities in soldering, component placement, orientation, and polarity
Qualifications
• Advanced mastery of manual soldering techniques (SMT and Through-Hole)
• Rigorous ability to analyze technical diagrams and production blueprints
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small electronic components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify polarity or orientation errors
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
• IPC-610 certification (considered a major asset for this role)
• Speed of execution while maintaining high quality standards
• Team spirit and collaboration within a manufacturing & logistics unit
• Strong desire to work in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks consistently
• Flexibility to rotate between assembly and packaging stations
• Exemplary punctuality and professional attitude
