The Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Branded Weight and Packaging (BWAP) Pricing Executive will be crucial in developing, executing, and assessing the effectiveness of various pricing and investment strategies specifically targeting the FMCG BWAP product lines.

This will be achieved through providing insights-based support and collaborating closely with various departments, including trade marketing, key accounts management, sales, and activation teams.

Responsibilities
Sustainable Pricing: Establish and maintain a dynamic, adaptable pricing framework, consistently seeking commercial opportunities to maximize value within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category, specifically for the Brand-Weight-and-Packaging (BWAP) lines.
Execution and Tracking: Direct and monitor the implementation and results of various commercial initiatives and programs, coordinating closely with trade marketing, key accounts, sales, and activation teams.
Insight Generation: Develop valuable commercial and consumer insights by analyzing internal performance reports, Point-of-Sale (POS) data, and broader consumer datasets.
Strategic Contribution: Play an active role in strategic discussions regarding category and account management. This involves utilizing data and commercial/consumer insights to benchmark offerings continuously and strengthen the organization's market presence.
RGM Acceleration: Drive the organization-wide adoption of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) philosophy. Leverage digital tools, enterprise resource planning (e.g., SAP), data analytics, and the evolution of trade partnerships through precise, targeted pricing and Trade Contribution/Investment (TCI) strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related/relevant field.
Experience: 3-5 years of pertinent marketing experience, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint). Experience working with SAP is required.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a team setting.
Business Acumen: Solid understanding of category management and development frameworks.
Process Improvement: Demonstrated capability to simplify processes and drive efficiencies.

Successful performance in this role will primarily be judged by the following metrics:
