You will serve as the convergence point between engineering theory and practical execution, managing the entire product lifecycle: from concept study and final validation to post-launch technical support.

Responsibilities
1. Design & Optimization Systems
-Define and optimize the architecture of complex systems (cooling and heating units).
-Conduct in-depth heat transfer analyses to ensure design performance and reliability.
-Select, size, and validate essential components (heat exchangers, compressors, circulators, etc.) while meeting performance requirements and cost targets
-Ensure seamless technical integration between sub-systems.
2. Prototyping, Testing, and Quality Assurance
-Lead the assembly, prototype trials, and performance testing programs (capacity, energy efficiency, sound levels).
-Perform failure diagnosis and root cause analysis to implement corrective technical solutions.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support
-Work in close collaboration with teams for unified product solutions.
-Manage technical relationships with suppliers and partners for component integration and quality.
-Draft core technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and performance data sheets.
Qualifications
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
-Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product development and design for industrial HVAC systems, heat pumps, or refrigeration.
Technical Expertise:
-Proven hands-on experience in system design, validation, and troubleshooting.
-Skills: Strong analytical skills, complex problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills within a dynamic, international work environment.
