As a key strategic advisor (acting as VCIO when needed), you will work closely with senior management and will eventually report to the CPA. This role requires strong financial acumen, complete autonomy, and the ability to translate the technological vision into growth opportunities, including supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Lead and structure a team of IT professionals. Manage schedules, performance, KPIs, and SLAs through Fresh Service.
Actively participate in IT integration during acquisition processes. Propose innovative technological solutions to stakeholders.
Manage budgets and suppliers.
Lead automation and artificial intelligence initiatives, data governance, compliance with Bill 25, and high-level access management.
Be prepared to adopt a hands-on approach to optimize processes and enhance service levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or equivalent (acknowledgment of prior learning accepted; graduate degree an asset).
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a team management role.
Excellent command of private/public cloud environments (Azure), backup, recovery, and business continuity techniques.
Experience with Microsoft/Windows ecosystems (365, Surface 7, Windows Server), Cisco Meraki, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, and legacy systems (Unix).
Experience implementing ITSM systems, MDM solutions, and endpoint management.
