Orchestrate and facilitate all Agile rituals (planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, etc.), ensuring they provide real value.
Actively identify and remove impediments (organizational, technical, relational) that are blocking the team's progress.
Work in close partnership with the Product Owner to ensure the clarity, prioritization, and health of the product backlog.

Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.**
Assets: Technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), APIs (SOAP/REST), or GitHub.
Summary
