Responsibilities
Global Data Collection: Collect data sources from various local and global systems to ensure a comprehensive overview.
Analytical Reporting: Perform data analysis and prepare key reports (including spend analysis, category spend reports, and savings reports) on a timely basis.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of data accuracy and ensure the on-time delivery of all reports and presentations.
Compliance & Action Planning: Conduct compliance analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to discuss and implement action plans.
Procurement Communication: Execute and coordinate internal and external procurement communications and tracking processes, including policy training, stakeholder engagement, and supplier communication.
Cross-Functional Support: Support various procurement initiatives by partnering with diverse teams both locally and globally.
Sourcing Support: Assist with market research and supplier engagement during early sourcing stages (such as RFIs and potential supplier sourcing) under the guidance of Sourcing Managers.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a relevant procurement or supply chain role.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data management and analytical tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with ERP software and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Coupa). Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular communication with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and internationally.
