Responsibilities
• Obtain conformity information from MTS regions, Suppliers, and External test Laboratories and upload it to the repository within the Product Compliance SharePoint site.
• Populate and manage databases, and maintain accurate and complete records of correspondence and research findings.
• Daily briefings / Weekly activity results summary reports or Activity Reports.
• Other activities assigned related to Product Compliance & updating the SharePoint site.
• Ad Hoc activities related to Compliance that may come up on short notice.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• 2 year degree or accreditation in Electronics.
• 2 years of past experience in a similar role
• Product Administrator with strong experience in Compliance
• Previous experience working with Electronic or Engineering technology.
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Desired Skills:
• Product compliance knowledge
• Experience with high level business reports.
• Documentation creation skill.
