Responsibilities
- Assembly & Packaging: Work efficiently on the production line to assemble, label, and safely box finished goods.
- Quality Audits: Perform visual quality inspections on materials and finished products to ensure they meet our strict standards.
- Line Support: Feed raw materials into production machinery and keep work areas stocked.
- Safety First: Keep your designated workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards while following all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with line supervisors and team members to hit daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor environments is an asset, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time and comfortably lift up to 35–50 lbs.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for catching small defects or packaging errors.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are absolute musts.
- Communication: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
