Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor high-speed production machinery manufacturing quality vinyl siding and components.
- Perform detailed inspections to sort, grade, and ensure finished products meet strict quality control metrics.
- Carefully pack completed vinyl materials into designated boxes and crates for secure transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in line with safety guidelines.
- Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physical Strength: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout a shift.
- Industrial Comfort: Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, high-temperature manufacturing facility.
- Scheduling Flexibility: Full availability for the Sunday–Thursday night shift, plus the adaptability to shift to a continental schedule if required.
- Key Requirements: Excellent hand-eye coordination, strong punctuality, a clean criminal background check, and professional English communication skills (essential for interpreting safety logs and technical specs).
