• Efficient Production Management: Evaluate and optimize production processes and costs to ensure workflow organization meeting specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints. Communicate and lead initiatives targeting production capacity, cost standardization, quality, engagement, and health and safety.

As well as your experiences:
 

•    Educational and Experiential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, operations management, or related field, with relevant experience considered.
•    Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of progressive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in the paper industry.
•    Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, with certification (Black Belt or Greenbelt) as a potential asset.
•    Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, CTI, and Microsoft Office suite, showcasing technological competence.
•    Skills and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational rigor, and experience in an influential role.
