Your Role
As Production Manager, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:
· Lead and develop the production team.
· Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
· Oversee production scheduling and workflow planning.
· Optimize resources to meet production targets.
· Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
· Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures.
· Monitor production costs and identify savings opportunities.
· Track key performance indicators and report results.
· Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
· Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices.
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Production Manager if you have:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
· 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong team-building and people development skills.
· A collaborative leadership style that engages employees.
· Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
· Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
